WHO WE ARE |
|
 James
K. Voelz was born and raised in Columbus, Indiana. He has
an undergraduate degree from Hanover College and a Doctor of Jurisprudence
degree from Indiana University at Indianapolis. Mr. Voelz has practiced
law in Columbus since 1975. His law practice primarily involves wills,
trusts, estate and disability planning, estate and trust settlement,
elder law, Medicaid qualification planning, and real estate matters.
He is a member of Hoosier Hills Estate Planning Council, National
Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Indiana State Bar Association,
its Elder Law Committee, and its Probate, Trust, and Real Property
Section. |

 Roger
A. Walby has extensive training and experience involving
Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security. He has a Masters of Arts
Degree from Calvary Theological Seminary. He has been a contributing
author of Legal Reference For Older Hoosiers published by the Indiana
Bar Foundation. Mr. Walby is a certified Senior Health Insurance Information
Program Counselor dealing with long term care insurance. He has served
as a long term ombudsman. He has 22 years experience with Indiana
Legal Services Organization dealing with a variety of elder law matters. |

 Dianna
L. Freese is a legal assistant primarily working in the areas
of trust and estate settlement. Dianna has 16 years experience in
our office. She resides in Brown County, Indiana. |

 Sarah
E. Robinson performs a wide variety of office functions,
including preparation of most deeds and real estate documents. She
has had extensive experience having worked as a legal assistant for
13 years. She resides in Shelbyville, Indiana. |

 Liza
M. Spencer started as a high school coop student in our office.
Liza has 8 years experience in our office. She performs all office
functions, although her time is primarily focused in legal document
preparation. She lives in Columbus, Indiana. |

 Peggy
N. Voelz has been a member of our office staff for 17 years.
She performs the accounting, billing, and tax filing functions. |
